When will my order be despatched?

Pre-Order:  When ordering a Pre-Order product, it will clearly state the delivery window dates and the approximate timescales (Covid allowing!) for despatch to you, which is normally up to 6 weeks after the pre order end date. With these items being made to order, these are only estimates.

Made to Order: All t-shirts, crew necks, hoodies and mugs are made to order, meaning that we print on demand, direct to garment / product. We feel this is more environmentally friendly than stock piling all our designs and products. This approach means you should please allow up to 7 days (UK) for order fulfilment. If you have a birthday or special occasion you need a product for, please bear this in mind. We can though create a ‘Coming Soon Voucher’ which we can email you to pop in the greetings card if you wish. Just drop us a line HERE.

Off The Shelf Products:  We do, at times, stock products that are available for despatch immediately. We aim to get all products shipped the day after your order, if not before. We will let you know when your order has been despatched.

How are the products shipped?

All our products are shipped via Royal Mail. All packaging used is eco friendly. Your product will be folded into a clear poly bag and shipped in a mailing bag. Larger orders may ship in cardboard boxes.

When will my products be shipped?

Royal Mail quote their First Class Delivery service as taking 1 to 3 working days for UK mainland deliveries, 3-5 working days for Europe and 7-10 days for the rest of the world.

What if your order doesn't arrive?

It’ll be very rare, but parcels can go missing. We will do our best to offer replacement orders, but due to products being made to order, timescales will vary from off the shelf products.

If an order doesn’t arrive, it’s always wise to check at your local post office. Please ensure that you need to inform us within 30 days of your order date if any order hasn’t arrived. After this date, free order replacements are not possible.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, Turf Clothing does ship world-wide, for both our made to order and off the shelf products. During the checkout, you will see all shipping options available to you, based on your location. Unfortunately, we have no influence over any duty that might be due upon delivering our products to your shipping destination.

Do you offer returns?

Rarely, there might be a need to exchange or return your purchase, but as the bulk of our products are made to order, unless the product is faulty Turf Clothing are unable to offer returns on such products. Please note: Images used regularly on the website are for illustration purposes only.

If there is a fault with your product, please email a detailed description with photographs evidencing the damage to turfclothing@gmail.com and a replacement product will be arranged. You will also need to arrange return of your product to us. This must be done within 14 days of your order date.
